Vibratory Bowl Feeder for feeding single tablets

Elscint Automation, the leading vibratory bowl feeder manufacturer from India has developed a vibrator bowl feeder for feeding of single tablets, one at a time.This type of feeders are used for checking the weight of the tablets. The vibratory bowl feeder feeds single tablet at a time and switches off once a single tablet is released. After weighing the tablet, the operator removes the same from the weighing machine and then the next tablet falls onto the weighing balance.
A very accurate weighing balance is required for this application. The scope of Elscint's supply includes the vibratory bowl feeder and the control start / stop mechanism. The bowl is specially designed to ensure that only one tablet is released. There is no changeover required for various sizes of tablets and any type within the required range of tablet sizes can be used. The unit is completed enclosed in a stainless steel cover.
