Xylem's Flygt Concertor Crowned Product of The Year

Xylem's Flygt Concertor XPC pump has scooped the prestigious Product of the Year title at this year's Pump Industry Awards.The criteria for the award are based on the most innovative pump, pumping system or other pump related product, new or redeveloped, that has been introduced onto the market within the last 24 months.
A fully integrated system that offers a unique synergy between software functions and state-of-the-art hardware, Xylem's Flygt Concertor XPC has made waves across the industry. It senses the operating conditions of its environment and adapts its performance in real time to provide feedback to station operators.
The award was received by Chris Harvey, Product Manager at Xylem. He said: "While everyone at Xylem knows the real value of this product in the market, it's always a nice surprise for our technology to be officially recognised by our peers across the industry. The Flygt Concertor XPC is certainly deserving of this award but we are honoured to have won against some great competition."

The award for Product of Year was presented to Xylem at the Pump Industry Award's annual gala dinner, which took place at the Heythrop Park Resort in Chipping Norton on Thursday 21st March.
Hosted by TV and Radio's Penny Smith, the ceremony recognised the best and brightest of the UK's pumping industry, while also raising circa £2,000 for WaterAid.
