Chemical Dosing Pumps
ALLDOS manufacture a wide range of mechanically actuated and hydraulically actuated piston diaphragm dosing pumps from 0.3 to 8000 lph and pressure to 250 bar.
The range includes the tried and tested M205 (soon to be replaced by the all NEW plastic Primus 208), the M221 & the M226 mechanical diaphragm range, all of which can be supplied with full microprocessor facilities for electronic control, eg/ 4-20mA or pulse control from water meters.
Gas Dosing Systems
For dosing of chlorine or carbon dioxide for potable water disinfection or swimming pool pH control.
Instrumentation & Control
Analysers and controllers for pH, chlorine, chlorine dioxide, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, redox and conductivity.
Uses
Additive injection in the paper industry, biocide dosing for cooling towers, chemical dosing within the water and wastewater industries, disinfection, pH control for effluent treatment, dosing of ammonia &/or hydrazine within power stations and accurate dosing of phosphoric acid or sodium dihydrogen orthophosphate to reduce lead content in water.
