ECS Engineering appoints Finance and Operations Directors

Two important roles were confirmed recently at ECS Engineering Services Ltd. where Jamie Wesley has been promoted to the position of Operations Director and Shelley Ward to Finance Director. Both are internal promotions and were announced to the company by Managing Director, Gary Cormack.'Both Jamie and Shelley have shown themselves to be ideal candidates for board positions' commented Gary Cormack, 'I look forward to the positive contribution they will both make to the business as we move forwards'.
ECS has grown significantly since its move to larger premises in Sutton in Ashfield, Nottinghamshire where the steel fabrication and engineering services company has its own 50,000sqft fabrication facility, steel stock yard and design offices. Recent contracts include applications as varied as structural steelwork and training rooms for nuclear power stations to framework contracts and major flood defence projects for the Environment Agency.
The board now includes Bob Nix as Chairman, Gary Cormack as MD, Clark Williamson as Contracts Director, John Cotterill as Production Director, Jamie Wesley as Operations Director and Shelley Ward as Finance Director.
